Job summary

LanceSoft seeks a Float Pool RN in Gainesville, FL for Medical-Surgical care. Type: Full-Time, with Day and Night shifts and rotating weekends. Flat rate of $43 per hour plus Nights $4.25 and Weekend $3 shift differentials. Must have Florida RN license and graduate from an accredited nursing program; AHCA background screen is required.

1 year acute care Med-Surg RN experience preferred; BLS within 30 days of start. Compact licenses may require Florida licensure within 60 days after relocation.

Job Requirements:

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
• Nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting required.
