LanceSoft is seeking a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role with day or night shifts and rotating weekends. You will provide direct patient care to a diverse acute care population, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include Florida RN license (or Compact), active within 90 days, ADN or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred), and BLS within 30 days.

• $30.00–$42.00/hr (based on experience)
• $4.75/hr night differential
• $3.00/hr weekend differential
