Job summary

HCA Florida Capital Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg Float role. You will float across units, advocate for patients and families, and participate in collaborative care planning to improve outcomes.

The position requires an active Florida RN license, BLS, and ICU experience preferred. ACLS is preferred and must be obtained within 6 months of hire; BSN is preferred. Benefits accompany the role and a supportive team environment is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start
• 2 years’ of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Current ACLS Preferred, Required Within 6 Months Of Hire
• BSN preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

Job Requirements:
