Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Float Pool RN in Memphis. The nurse supports Med/Surg and Telemetry patients, performing assessments, planning and care while floating between two units at multiple facilities as staffing requires.

The role requires two years of hospital M/S experience, an active TN RN license, and BLS certification. ACLS & PALS are preferred per unit assignment; sign-on bonus may apply based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid RN license.
• Experience: 2+ years in hospital Med/Surg or telemetry units.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for Med/Surg and Telemetry patients across units.
• Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Implement and evaluate care to ensure safe outcomes.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Float between units and facilities per staffing needs.
