Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System is seeking RNs for the Clinical Support Unit to float between Med-Surg, Surgical and Peds units across Boise, Meridian, and Nampa locations. Night shifts are available with self-scheduling and a 10% differential after orientation.

Ideal candidates have an RN license, 1 year of RN experience (Med/Surg or Peds preferred), and a current BLS certification. Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1 year of RN experience; Med/Surg and/or Peds preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Float across Medical, Surgical and Peds units within Med-Surg/Peds service line.
• Serve in three locations: Boise, Meridian, and Nampa (and St. Luke's Elmore location in Mountain Home).
• Self-scheduling; unit and location assigned based on operational needs.
• Earn 10% differential after orientation.
• Support three units/skill sets and provide flexible nursing coverage.
