Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System is seeking RNs to join our Clinical Support Unit float pool. The role features full-time or part-time night shifts, working across Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, and Mother/Baby units.

You’ll float between Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and Elmore-Mountain Home, with self-scheduling and a 10% differential after orientation. Eligible to advance to CSU Level 2 with additional duties and a 2% differential.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree.
• Experience: 1 year of RN experience; L&D experience preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure; BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Float between Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby units.
• Support three units/skill sets within the women's service line and float to Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Elmore-Mountain Home as needed.
