Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Idaho is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Support Team (Float Pool) on a part-time basis with a 12-hour night shift. You will gain exposure across Level II Trauma Center in Boise and Level III Trauma Center in Nampa, delivering diverse nursing care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Eligible candidates hold an Idaho or multistate RN license, with BLS now and ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Current Idaho or multistate RN license.
• Must establish Idaho residency within 6 months if multistate license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to obtain ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care and advocate for patients and families.
• Deliver care across multiple inpatient units and trauma settings with teamwork.
• Perform comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments to guide care.
• Develop and evaluate care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications safely and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and transitions.
