100 LCMC Health is seeking an Acute Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate nursing care across various acute care units. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience required.
• Current Louisiana RN license or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Precept nursing students and new graduate nurses.
