Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety and adheres to hospital policies and safety goals.
• Diagnoses and plans nursing care with independent judgment.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and monitors status changes.
• Collaborates with physicians and care teams to adjust care plans.
• Maintains patient‑centered care and variable staffing coordination.
• Ensures accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
