Job summary

Harbor Hill is seeking a Regional Float RN to join our in-house float pool in Maine. This full-time role covers day or night shifts with 12-hour rotations, delivering high-quality nursing care and collaborating with the care team to ensure patient and family satisfaction.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, planning, and coordination with the nursing staff to optimize outcomes. Must have an approved nursing degree, valid state license, and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing is required.
• Must be licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes while ensuring patient/family satisfaction.
• Assess patients and collaborate with the team to develop care plans.
