TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center in Tennessee is seeking an RN for our Float Pool who delivers high-quality, patient-centered care. You will collaborate with providers and the care team, following nursing models and advocating for patients, families, and caregivers to ensure an outstanding experience and outcomes.

Responsibilities include admission assessments, procedures and documentation, timely med administration, and prompt response to patient needs.

Competenze

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice or compact state.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• PALS must be obtained within 6 months of start date.

Mansioni

• Assess the patient’s condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes.
• Administer medications, monitor response, and document care.
• Provide prompt, compassionate care by responding to patient requests and needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatment, and follow-up.

Conoscenze
