Job summary

TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Med/Surg Float Pool. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams, document care in the electronic medical record, and ensure safe medication administration and monitoring throughout shifts.

Qualifications

ACLS and BLS certifications required within specified timeframes.
Active RN license in the state of employment.
Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience.
Bachelor's degree or diploma/associate degree in nursing as eligible education.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per department standards.
Collaborate with providers and care team; document care in medical records.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses, reporting changes promptly.
Educate patients and families, explaining plans and medication effects clearly.
