Job summary

Henrico, Parham & Retreat Doctors' Hospitals is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float pool team. In this role, you will float across various units, providing essential clinical support, education, and care coordination for patients in diverse specialties including ICU and Medical/Surgical.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least three years of acute care experience. We offer extensive benefits including medical coverage, paid time off, and education support.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of acute care experience with competency in multiple specialty areas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Float to all units within scope of practice, including ICU and Behavioral Health.
• Create and implement care plans with the clinical team.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
