Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT, seeks a qualified Resource Pool RN to float across Medical-Surgical and other units, delivering safe, evidence-based care and coordinating with the care team.

This role offers full‑time or part‑time positions with a 10% float differential, coverage across days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and opportunities for cross‑training into specialty departments within a mission‑driven health system.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN required as of 4/27/2025.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start.
• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence‑based nursing care across inpatient units
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
• Adapt quickly to different units, patient populations, and acuity levels
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Continuously monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families to promote recovery, understanding, and safe transitions of care
• Uphold professional, ethical, and organizational standards of nursing practice
