Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide care across multiple units, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while engaging patients and families.

You will monitor patient conditions, adapt care plans, document in the EHR, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license; BLS required (additional certifications may be required based on unit)
• Typically 1+ year of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program ( BSN preferred )

Responsibilities

• Provide care across multiple units using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care across clinical settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record; may administer medications and treatments per protocol
