Job summary

HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge in Colorado is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse PRN to deliver safe, high‑quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and reassessment) across assigned units. You will rotate as needed and work with a dedicated team, technology and resources to support efficient, evidence‑based care.

Requirements: Colorado RN license (or multistate), nursing diploma (BSN preferred), ACLS/BCLS certifications, and 2+ years of RN experience

Qualifications

• RN license in Colorado or multistate
• Nursing diploma from an accredited school; BSN desirable
• ACLS/BCLS/AHA certifications required for Float Pool RNs
• Two+ years of RN experience in an acute setting
• No travel; floating to units within Mountain Ridge only

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, reassessment)
• Promote interdisciplinary communication and care across units
• Demonstrate competency in age-appropriate and unit-specific care
