Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks a Registered Nurse for a regional float pool to provide individualized care across multiple facilities. You will float through Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, ED, and L&D, adapting to diverse clinical environments.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, adherence to standards, and ongoing licensure and certifications. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state or compact license.
• Minimum of 1 year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2 years for specialty units.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP as applicable.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care per standards.
• Float across Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, ED, and L&D to support patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
