Job summary

Qualifications

• RN must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Active Georgia nursing license and EKG course required.
• CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS or PALS may be required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience preferred.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and ability to work under stress.

Responsibilities

• Promote health and prevent illness as an RN.
• Educate patients and the public on medical conditions.
• Treat patients and assist in rehabilitation.
• Provide support to patients' families.
• Administer medications under physician supervision and document patient progress.
• May supervise LPNs and Patient Care Techs.
