Doctors Hospital of Augusta seeks a Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide flexible, high-quality patient care across departments. The RN collaborates with physicians and the care team to coordinate, monitor, and adjust treatment plans while educating patients and families on conditions and post-discharge steps.

The role requires an ADN or BSN and at least 2 years of medical-surgical experience in a hospital setting, plus Basic Life Support within 30 days of employment.

Competenze

• Must be a Registered Nurse with ADN or BSN.
• Must have at least 2 years of medical-surgical experience in a hospital setting.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/ACLS depending on role) within 30 days of start date.
