Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assessment: compile database, perform head-to-toe assessment, plan care.
• Planning: write and update nursing care plans; coordinate discharge.
• Implementation: administer meds/IV, provide emergency procedures.
• Patient care coordination: manage daily assignments and monitor care.
• Teaching and quality improvement: patient teaching and discharge planning.
