Formación

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current Maryland RN registration is required.
• Healthcare Provider CPR every 2 years.
• Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required on hire.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize Nursing Process for assessment, planning and evaluation.
• Plan and coordinate patient care with health team.
• Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Communicate patient status and plan of care in medical record.
• Educate patients and families, and participate in discharge planning.
• Plan daily assignments and coordinate with staff to ensure care quality.
• Maintain patient safety and respond to emergencies as needed.
