Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience.
• Prior experience in multiple specialty areas strongly preferred.
• Current RN license (Louisiana) or eligibility for licensure.
• BLS and ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care across acute care units.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with complex conditions.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to optimize outcomes.
• Demonstrate adaptability when transitioning between specialties.
• Precept nursing students and new graduates.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
