LCMC Health in New Orleans, LA is seeking an Acute Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN). You will provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care across diverse acute care units, adapting rapidly to patient needs and unit demands.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire; BLS current.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care across a variety of acute care units.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with complex medical and surgical conditions.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Demonstrate clinical adaptability when transitioning between specialties and patient populations.
• Precept nursing students and new graduate nurses.
