Responsibilities

• Initial assessment on admission and develops a care plan.
• Implements and adjusts care plan and nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Floats to Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedic, Advanced Care, ICU as needed.
