Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent- The Medical Center seeks a skilled registered nurse to join the float pool. You will coordinate comprehensive patient care across multiple departments, applying the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic outcomes within established policies.

This role emphasizes evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication while maintaining a focus on patient safety and satisfaction throughout the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• BLS & ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Two years of hospital bedside care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
