Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Assistants to join our Float Pool, a flexible team that works at multiple Minnesota communities. As a Float Pool RA, you’ll provide resident-centered care under supervision, assist with daily living, mobility, and comfort, and collaborate with nurses and care teams across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred.
• Passion for providing high-quality, tenant-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assisting tenants with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene
• Supporting tenant mobility, safety, comfort, and independence
• Providing basic nursing and restorative care services according to individual service plans
• Observing and reporting changes in tenant conditions to the nursing team
• Supporting tenants with cognitive impairments and addressing social and emotional needs
• Building positive relationships with tenants, families, and team members
• Maintaining accurate documentation as required
• Supporting individualized care plans and tenant preferences
• Assisting with medication administration after completing required training, as applicable
• Delivering care in accordance with MDH standards, the Tenant Bill of Rights, and community policies
