Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Float Pool. This unique opportunity allows you to work at various Monarch communities throughout Minnesota while enjoying the flexibility to pick up shifts based on facility needs.

As a Float Pool CNA, you will provide resident-centered care under the supervision of an LPN or RN, assist with activities of daily living, and support residents with mobility, safety, and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must be registered on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Able to travel to Monarch communities across Minnesota.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for resident-centered care.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support resident mobility, safety, and comfort.
• Provide basic restorative and nursing care services.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required.
• Support individualized care plans and resident preferences.
• Deliver care in accordance with MDH standards and facility policies.
