Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a part-time Patient Care Tech to join the Nursing Resource Pool. This role supports patients, families and staff on assigned units, with a focus on smooth admissions, discharges, transfers and a safe, welcoming environment.

The position is day shift, 20 hours per week, with benefits available from day one and opportunities for growth within Trinity Health Ann Arbor.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to six months related experience; customer service, retail or clerical experience preferred.
• Shift: Days; Hours: 20 per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for patients, visitors and colleagues on assigned nursing units.
• Facilitate efficient patient throughput including admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Support patient experience and culture of safety through equipment maintenance, unit supplies and overall environment of care.
• Provide reception type services to patients, families, visitors and other unit guests.
