UPMC Hamot is hiring Full-Time Professional Staff Nurses for our Float Pool Night Program. Earn a 10% differential plus a $4.00/hour night shift differential; sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for external candidates in full-time roles.

The role offers a career ladder from Professional Staff Nurse to Expert Nurse, with pay based on qualifications and progression. Minimum rate for non-BSN is $36.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• PA RN licensure required or eligible
• CPR within 30 days of hire
• ACLS within 1 year of hire
• PALS within 1 year of hire
• Two years of nursing experience preferred
