Job summary

Guthrie Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton is looking for a Float Pool RN to provide comprehensive nursing care within several acute care units at night. The position includes competitive pay ranging from $39.00 to $54.12 per hour, depending on experience, and a generous sign-on bonus of up to $25,000. Successful candidates will have a valid RN license and a BSN in nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse currently licensed in the state of employment.
• BSN in Nursing preferred.
• Specialty Certification is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in an acute care environment.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care.
