Job summary

Boundary Waters Care Center in Minnesota is seeking a flexible Float Pool Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our PRN team. As a float nurse, you’ll provide competent care across units, adapting to residents’ changing needs with dignity and compassion.

Current LPN licensure in Minnesota and CPR certification are required; RN licensure also acceptable per facility need. Previous long-term care experience is preferred, and you’ll participate in weekend rotations and required trainings.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Minnesota.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous long-term care or senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality resident care with dignity, safety, and comfort.
• Perform RN/LPN duties in line with policies and regulations.
• Float between departments and adapt to changing resident needs.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and attend required trainings.
