Genesis Healthcare in Las Cruces invites you to join the Nursing Float Pool as a Regional Float LPN, with multiple tiers based on commitment and flexible shifts. Earn between $33 and $42 per hour across different biweekly hour targets, with weekends/holidays included for higher tiers.

You will deliver nursing care, participate in assessments and care planning, supervise unlicensed staff, and contribute to positive patient outcomes while working in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Must read/write/speak English to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Work 12 hours every 2 weeks at $33/hr - no weekend or holiday commitments!

Work a minimum of 24 hours every two weeks with at least 24 hours on a weekend or holiday and earn $37/hr!

Work a minimum of 48 hours every two weeks with at least 24 hours on a weekend or holiday and earn $42/hr! Responsibilities

As a Regional Float LPN, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, provide direct patient care, and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State).
