Genesiscareers in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Regional Float RN to deliver nursing care in a dynamic float pool. The role offers three tiers: 12 hours every 2 weeks at $45/hr with no weekend or holiday commitments; 24 hours every 2 weeks with at least 24 hours on a weekend or holiday at $50/hr; or 48 hours every 2 weeks with at least 24 hours on a weekend or holiday at $55/hr.

Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments, coordinating with the care team, and developing effective plans

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing of patients.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State).

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Manage patient care by performing nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team and other disciplines to develop effective plans of care.
