Job summary

Genesis HealthCare in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Regional Float LPN to deliver nursing care across units and support patient/family satisfaction. You will contribute to assessments, planning, and direct care while supervising unlicensed staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Positions offer multiple tiers: 12-hour shifts every 2 weeks at $33/hr with no weekend/holiday commitments; 24 hours with at least 24 weekend/holiday hours at $37/hr; or 48 hours with at least 24 weekend/holiday hours at $42/hr.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as an LPN by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure patient safety.
• BLS/CPR certification is required and must be kept current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, provide direct patient care, and supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.

Responsibilities

As a Regional Float LPN, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State).

Posted Salary Range
