Key Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for open shifts to ensure uninterrupted resident care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
• Build positive relationships through conversation, engagement, and companionship.
• Support infection control and cleanliness standards in resident living spaces.
