Qualifikationen

• BLS certification within 30 days as required by AHA.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (IDFPR) in Illinois.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.

Aufgaben

• Evaluates and treats patients across all ages, modifying plan of care as appropriate.
• Demonstrates safe and appropriate body mechanics to reduce risk of injury to self, staff and patients.
• Educates patients, families, caregivers, students, and other health care providers.
• Produces documentation in accordance with policy and standards.
• Communicates patient progress and discharge needs with the medical team.
