Job summary

Vivie is seeking a Float Physical Therapist (PT) in Home Health to provide flexible, high-quality clinical coverage for home health clients. The role bases in Alexandria, MN or Baxter, MN, with travel across Vivie’s footprint as needed. Expect weekly hours of 80 per pay period and a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m. The ideal candidate holds a Minnesota PT license, CPR certification within 6 months, and is comfortable traveling.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
• Willingness to travel across the region as necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Client Care: evaluate data, develop treatment plans, deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain Client Records and Billing: document services in EMR, understand payer sources, complete supervisory visits.
