Job summary

Vivie is seeking a Float Occupational Therapist to provide flexible, high-quality clinical coverage for home health clients across the region. The role supports patient care during staff absences by delivering skilled OT services and case management to ensure continuity of care.

You will evaluate clients, develop treatment plans, document care in Vivie's EMR, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. Travel within the region is required; valid Minnesota OT license and CPR are required;

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota OT license.
• CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Physical capability to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Client Care - evaluate data and develop treatment plans with goals.
• Maintain Accurate Client Records and Billing using EMR.
• Case Management & Continuity of Care for staff on leave or covering positions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Other duties as assigned.
