Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to support multiple sites in the Raritan, NJ area. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections across all age groups, collect for drug screens and tests, and enter data accurately while delivering excellent patient service.

This role requires a high school diploma, phlebotomy certification or training, and the ability to travel between sites. Pay ranges from $17.75–$26.00/hour with potential incentives and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 6 or more months phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
