Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or training; or 3+ months experience as a phlebotomist.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens and other tests.
• Enter patient information accurately and timely into the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
