Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Float Phlebotomist to join our team across Arizona, including Sierra Vista, Casa Grande, and Tucson. Schedule varies with early start times, occasional Saturdays, and overtime as needed.

You will perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection, manage specimen logistics, data entry, and assist with billing and customer service, traveling to multiple sites as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program, or 2+ years phlebotomy experience.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in fast paced/high volume environments.
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
