Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our team in Atlanta, GA. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages, collect specimens for various tests, and maintain accurate patient logs.

The role offers a dynamic, rotational schedule with a standard 6:00am–6:00pm window and occasional travel to additional sites. Opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program.
• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately and timely in the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments when necessary.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
