Job summary

ANY LAB TEST NOW is seeking highly experienced PRN phlebotomists to support Colorado locations with flexible hours and occasional short-notice shifts.

Qualified candidates will have extensive venipuncture experience, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and maintain precise specimen labeling and handling. Travel to various sites within roughly 50 miles may be required, with opportunities for additional hours during vacations or staffing gaps.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on venipuncture experience.
• Excellent success with difficult draws.
• Strong butterfly and straight-needle technique.
• Experience drawing patients across a wide range of ages.
• Excellent specimen labeling, processing, and handling skills.
• Professional, customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Dependable transportation and a strong record of reliability.

Responsibilities

• Walk into locations and work independently with minimal training.
• Provide phlebotomy services and venipuncture.
• Cover flexible PRN shifts with short-notice coverage.
• Travel to different ANY LAB TEST NOW locations up to ~50 miles as needed.
• Maintain accurate specimen labeling and handling during collection.
