Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join the team in Naples, FL. The role is contract for 6 months and requires onsite work with flexibility to travel between Patient Service Centers and in-office locations.

Shifts follow EST hours, with occasional Saturdays, and a strict protocol for patient safety and specimen handling. The candidate must have 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, high school diploma, and valid driver’s license for site-to-site coverage.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience REQUIRED, including pediatric and geriatric collections.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment across sites.
• Verify patient demographics and tube labeling post-venipuncture.
• Record keeping and documentation as required.
• Float between multiple sites with reliable transportation and timely arrival.
