Formación

• Licensed pharmacist with ACPE‑accredited degree or NABP FPGEC eligibility.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities required.
• Knowledge of medication safety and patient counseling principles.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees pharmaceutical care and evaluates medication therapy regimens.
• Counsels patients and caregivers on medication use and adherence.
• Reviews prescriptions and ensures accurate dispensing.
• Supports medication safety and quality improvement activities.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team on formulary adherence.
• Precepts pharmacy students and mentors staff as assigned.
