Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Major duties include but are not limited to:

• Acting as a liaison for the patients, outside referring physicians, faculty, and residents/fellows in the practice.
• Assisting patients in accessing and coordinating surgical service within the health system.
• Facilitating communication with referring physicians.
• Referring patients to appropriate resources and providing follow-up through telephone and EPIC/Care Connect.
• Manage a high volume of patient messages entering via multiple avenues.
• Assist with Patient check‑in and cash collection
• Travel between our West LA, Santa Monica and Westwood location as needed
• Position starts in the Santa Monica location while awaiting West L.A opening

Salary Range: $31.88 $45.66/hourly

Demonstrates understanding of institutional and department specific emergency management procedures/responsibilities to maintain personal, patient, and co‑worker safety, maintains competencies in these areas, and participates in disaster/emergency related exercises and education.
