Job summary

Invision Sally Jobe is seeking a Float Patient Service Representative to register patients, verify insurance, and collect payments across multiple Denver-area facilities. The role requires visiting ISJ clinic sites as patient volumes demand, ensuring accurate demographic and financial information is captured for revenue cycle needs. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Base wage plus a $3.00 per hour float differential. Colorado-based compensation range applies per policy.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Must multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and CPT/ICD-10 coding.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Effective prioritization and time management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience as an admissions/registration representative in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for clinical services and verify insurance.
• Obtain signatures for release forms and consent documents.
• Instruct patients to complete required questionnaires.
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries or transfer as needed.
• Safeguard assets and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Collect and verify insurance cards and demographic info.
• Enter complete demographic data to facilitate revenue cycle processing.
• Explain insurance benefits and patient liability clearly.
• Financially secure patient accounts to maximize reimbursement.
• Document information accurately in system notes and fields.
• Communicate clearly and build patient relationships.
• Be accountable for personal performance and patient-centric service.
• Greet patients warmly and professionally.
• Travel between ISJ clinic sites as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
