Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state nursing licensure.
• Current or successful CPR/BLS Certification.
• Must meet state practice requirements.
• Entry level RN with <2 years nephrology nursing.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential functions under supervision and guidance.
• Assess and document patient data during hemodialysis and adjust care plan.
• Educate patients and families on learning needs.
• Direct care and safety in dialysis delivery.
• Document labs and reschedule collections.
