Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP1 track in the Clinical Advancement Program. The role provides and coordinates clinically competent care for an assigned group of dialysis patients under supervision.

Responsibilities include assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation, delegation to team staff, and active participation in education, safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in current state.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Nephrology nursing experience preferred but entry-level CAP allows advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for dialysis patients.
• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate tasks to RNs, LVNs/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.
• Engage in education, safety and quality initiatives.
