Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Strong teamwork, accountability and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health.
• Performs age and disease specific assessment.
• Develops and coordinates a plan of care which is patient/family centered.
• Communicates with patient, family and care team on status and plans.
• Documents care electronically at the point of care and adheres to protocols.
